Bolivian coriander is a fascinating annual extensively used as a herb in parts of South and Central America, it is an integral ingredient in Mexican cuisine and the chopped leaves are also a common addition to tacos, salsas, guacamole, fish dishes and beans. Quick growing over summer and autumn forming a symetrical bush to 600mm.
