 We post weekly on Wednesdays by economy post and will email confirmation once your order is on its way. Please add us to your email contacts to prevent confirmation and shipping emails from being redirected to spam. 

What is your returns and refunds policy?

 All items are purchased with the understanding that all sales are final, however, we strive to provide a great shopping experience so we welcome questions and feedback and are happy to chat if you are concerned. Please send any queries to our email and we will respond as soon as we are able. 

Do you offer pre orders or AfterPay?

Unfortunately, we do not offer pre orders or AfterPAY on any items. However, there is a wish list feature that lets you save favourite items for when they are back in stock.

Do you post internationally?

We ship nationwide but at this stage, we cannot offer overseas postage

Do you have a physical shop we can visit?

Because we grow and harvest from our home gardens, we only operate an online store. Our properties are not open to the public for viewing

My order hasnt arrived yet?

If you have any issue with tracking your delivery, calling NZ Post directly is the fastest way to resolve the issue. They can be contacted on 0800 501 501 (option 1 then option 3 to speak to someone) & the staff at NZ Post will be able to assist you in locating your parcel. Don't forget to have your tracking number handy for them.
